Today I sit down with the founder and president of One:One Manufacturing Kevin Russell. One to One is A Canadian Fitness equipment company based out of Hamilton Ontario.
Kevin worked with us on the buildout here at RedLeaf, he was with me during some very real low points of RedLeafs buildout while me and my team were dealing with wave after wave of new scary and intimidating problems to solve.
At the time of this airing Kevin will be in his 6th year of business so he has a lot of experience and war stories of his own to share.
This episode is really about how pressure can be a good thing and push you to be creative and can often be the very thing that drives you toward success.
